"Outstanding view from our room and the terrace - we watched the balloons over the pyramids every morning. Fernando was super helpful and friendly. He arranged 2 tours for us - 1 balloon ride + breakfast and 1 guided tour of the pyramids. Wifi worked fine and the water was hot."

Room smelled musty

"Location, plenty of street food right outside hotel. Restaurants, coffee shops within walk-in distance. Felt safe."

First night no hot water for shower but staff informed us next day procedure. problem solved. Surroundings were rowdy at night. Slept with fan on to reduce noise level.

The street noise in the private room was non stop and prevented us from opening windows. It got stuffy but just opened door to inner garden to bring in cooler air. Upstairs is pretty rickety and dark.
