"Location is perfect, minutes away from points of interests. Breakfast is nice. Reception staff is very helpful Large and comfortable room."

It was quite cold in the room, maybe it would be a good idea to provide extra blankets :)

The bathrooms were a little messy and did not have great quality. Some parts were just dated overall. Not too much to complain about.

It is on the 2nd floor, and no lift, luckily i didnt bring heavy lugage.. also the staff service is amazing they offer to help to bring the lugage.

No complaints! I think this hostel should be rated more highly than it is. Would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here.

I took services like facial massage and full body massage. They were very well delivered. The staff is friendly and helping. Definitely recommend it."

Rooms on the lower floors can be slightly noisy since they’re right in from of the pool but the people were very respectful so didn’t have much trouble.

I feel that all the hostels in Namibia are overpriced.

"Rubens and his staff were excellent, they were kind and welcoming. I also went on Rubens wine tour, which was informative and enabled me to see severla key locations outside of the capital city. The private room I had was clean and pleasant and I had a good stay."

"Everything was great in the hostel itself, but the best part was that before I arrived in Vietnam I texted them to arrange tours for me to ha long bay, ninh binh, and ha giang loop, and they arranged everything for me and everything went GREAT. The ha giang loop was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly. So, if you are not sure where to book it and coming in this hostel, they’ll do it for you and you won’t regret it."

"The common area always had other travelers to meet and the staff was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location is just a short walk to the main tourist sites of the city."

The beds were quite uncomfortable. Mosquito nets full of holes. Understandably the building and windows are old but need to have appendages added to be able to prop them open because there is no airflow and pretty stuffy and smelly rooms.
