"- Rooms are not very soundproof; neighbors can be heard easily - Specialty restaurants are difficult to access — long lines every evening and only two open each night - Buffet food is decent but not particularly memorable - Wine served during meals is rather low quality - No free umbrellas on the beach - The advertised $500 resort credit is mostly difficult-to-use discounts for expensive services like the spa"

"This property needs an owner who cares enough to fix many serious deficiencies throughout the property, the rooms are extremely dated, our fridge was covered in rust, inch wide cracks on the frame of the patio doors, the AIr Conditioning never worked, we complained every day to no avail, the staff would say yes we’ll take care of it , but nothing was done. I can only presume that the owner has directed the staff to keep smiling, keep stalling, just keep telling us that it will be ok, and hopefully you give up and shut up. Again, a very nice staff that obviously have no power to implement anything, let alone get someone to fix anything."

"Beds were VERY hard! Too many people/Kids taking over the pool and the loud music playing at the pool. Would like face cloths and more hand towels in bathroom. There was no dish soap, sponge or tea towels Provided in the kitchen. Wine glasses would have been a nice addition too."

"Location, location, location. The house is right on the beach, and a short walk to restaurants, art galleries and small stores. We enjoyed being this close to the beach, and listening to the waves at night. You are renting part of a private home, not an all-inclusive resort. The room/property photos are accurate. Pepe and Emma are exceptionally nice, give good local advice, and know where to get things. They try very hard to make sure guests have a great time. The room and pool were clean, the staff helpful, and the whales performed!!"
