"Great, 4-star hotel near the ADO bus station. I had a morning bus at 5 o'clock and felt comfortable walking alone the two-minute walk to the bus station in the early hours. Staff was super nice and helped me arrange a day trip to the biosphere with a great tour guide. Near the Zocalo (main square). No complaints."

"Outstanding view from our room and the terrace - we watched the balloons over the pyramids every morning. Fernando was super helpful and friendly. He arranged 2 tours for us - 1 balloon ride + breakfast and 1 guided tour of the pyramids. Wifi worked fine and the water was hot."
