"The location was excellent. We could walk to a variety of restaurants within 10 min. Some of the staff members were friendly and made an effort to answer questions and concerns. The room had A/C and a kitchenette."
"One particular staff member was rude. Apparently it’s company policy to only have 1 bath towel in each room. When we checked in we were not told this and were not given a second towel (there were 2 of us). When we asked for an addition towel we were told we would have to wait until housekeeping arrived the next day. Eventually, the front desk called us to go down stairs and pick up a second towel. When I asked for a final receipt I was told that it was not possible. I have never dealt with front desk staff so unwilling to do their job. The room was not very clean upon arrival. Hair in the bathroom and bedroom. The 2nd day, the housekeeping staff did a better job."
