"Great location. Beautiful large size 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with shower. Kitchen is well stocked. King bed is very comfy. Nice large screen TV and all cable subscriptions. Easy walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Many nice features in the large condo building, including great rooftop pool and open lounging and dining areas. Also Great sunset viewing."

"I love how quiet this place is at night. You don't hear a single bit of nightclub noise and very few cars or anything else. Location is fabulous and just tucked away enough to be peaceful, just around the corner from Basilio Badillo. It's a great restaurants nearby and OXXO just around the corner. The bed is comfortable. The pool is in the hot tub is hot."

"Very little, just 2 small points.There could be extra betting. There's a pullout couch, but you cannot use it because there are no sheets and blankets for it. Also, the condo needs new coffee mugs.Two out of three have chips on the lip."

Easy to find parking around the building. Many nice restaurants and art galleries nearby. Easy walking to everything you might want."

"Very nice condo with roof top pool and amazing views. We booked suite #307 but they put us to #403 which has a gorgeous terrace with ocean view. The location couldn’t be better and all amenities are well designed."

"V399 is in a perfect location within Zona Romantica. Everything is walkable. No hills or stairs to deal with. Close to all the most popular bars and restaurants, but not noisy at night. Uriel and his team are great communicators and promptly respond to any needs or inquiries."

"Sadly, the pool is currently under construction but the large jacuzzi worked just fine to cool off on the hot days."

"The location is near lots of shopping, restaurants, and bars. The apt is clean and spacious. The king sized bed was very confortable. The views from the patio and rooftop are great."

"The pool was closed for renovation but the jacuzzi is big enough to float in. ;) The doors into the building are very heavy and I kept bumping into them."

"Room was V399-403! Large comfortable rooms on 4th floor, decently appointed kitchen, good storage available, nice view of sea and gorgeous sunsets from nice size balcony. Good restaurants close, several small mini marts, and couple of blocks to beach and malecon. Housekeeping available, check in 1/2 block nearby, simple and quick. Fabulous pool, bbq, lounge areas on roof were our favourite place after our balcony."

"Hot water would have been nice for showers and washing dishes although more inconvenience than dislike. Would suggest a handbook of instructions in English for appliances, washing machine/dryer, TV and anything else of interest to travellers."

"We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. Fantastic location, right in the heart of the Romantica zone, but so quiet. The rooftop was so wonderful! Amazing views, lovely pool and (my fav) a large jacuzzi."
