"The location was perfect, the interior decor very nice and the bed and bathroom were comfortable."

"There was no actual staff onsite but this digital 'person' which I personally don't really like.. Also just next to the entrance of my room was a shelf on eye height above the stand for my suitcase and because of its location, I bumped my forehead multiple times on this very sharp edge (and I'm not clumsy), just a bit unfortunate.."

"Great location, loved having the whole top floor to ourselves. Easy to get anywhere by walking or public transportation. Clean, comfortable, A/C, kettle."

"Was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to different parts off the city. Easy to get to and find. Had loads of hot water, aircon, comfortable bed and enough space for you to spread out a bit. We preferred to open the windows to let in the cooler air so it was nice that the windows allowed us to do that. The receptionist was very kind. We flew in early and we were able to store our bags at 0900 until we could check in at 1500. She checked us in when we did that and gave us our keys for when we came back. We’re were on the 3rd floor (4th if your American) and when we came back to get into our room, our bags were brought up for us!"

"If you’re looking for a place with a lot of amenities or something a little closer to city center, I’d look elsewhere. We really didn’t need that as we were out the door in the morning and came back in the evening and we love to walk. It was perfect for that. People may struggle as there are only small stairs (this is included in the hotel’s description and we knew about)."

"Room was compact, but arranged in highly functional way and was nicely appointed. Bed comfortable and bathroom met all needs. Hotel is very centrally located to tourist attractions, but in a neighborhood of residences, small restaurants, shops, and coffee/breakfast places, location did not feel touristy at all. Walk to most attractions in 15 minutes or less and public transportation very close to hotel just short tram ride from train stations"

"The stairs are steep to rooms, we are a couple of 70+ year olds and not an issue Staff will help with suitcases if you need help. You can hear some sounds from floor above, but not an issue."

"I would definitely stay here again! The only negative was that the room was a touch small, but expected given its in a great location in Amsterdam. Overall it wasnt a big deal"

"We had some issues with the keys, but the staff helped us even after the reception was closed. My only complaint is the mattresses, they use some mattress toppers that keep moving and we're not comfy."

"The location was great! In Amsterdam's Grachten quarter; an outstanding Italian restaurant just 2 houses away; we had the double room on the top floor. That was a great choice: large, quite quiet; nice light; exposed beams; lots of character and charm;"
