"We stayed 3 nights at AMI Hotel and had a really good experience. The room was comfortable, spacious, warm, and had strong hot water and good Wi-Fi. The hotel is well located, only about 5 minutes walking from the city center, and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I can’t express how much I loved Tromsø and the place where I stayed. Only the bathroom and toilet were shared, but it didn’t bother me at all. The cleanliness was five stars! I loved my room, and thanks to the staff, I was able to check in early. Hot drinks were included, and they even offered laundry service for free."

"This hotel was great for a one night stay in Tromso. We liked it because they had parking for a reasonable price and laundry facilities. Just what we needed for a stopover visit. It was walking distance to the downtown area and plenty of restaurants. We also liked the coffee and hot chocolate available in the common area as well as the kitchen. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable and everything we needed it to be! Also, the woman in reception was super nice and helpful!"

"Someone used the kitchen but didn't clean the dishes. We had to clean what we needed. If you stay for a night, don't bring big luggage with you as there's no elevator."

"The hotel is located just 5-7mins walk from downtown and right after you step out of the main gate, you're greeted with the best view in Tromso, with the majestic mountains in the background, the harbor, and the Tromso Cathedral and it's absolutely stunning! The rooms are clean, there's hot and cold water available 24 hours, there's a shared living space and kitchen and the hotel arranges tours as well in Tromso! Inside the room there's an information log with all the useful numbers listed including the taxi service and it was a life saver for me on the day of departure! The staffs are available either at the 'lobby' or anytime over phone. There are washrooms separate for men and women and this was a bliss! Overall, very pleasant stay."
