"This cabin is lovely, warm and homely - it sleeps 6 but better with 4 - loads of room for 2. It has a great kitchen with utensils etc - everything you need to self cater - with a Kiwi supermarket across the road. It is at the edge of town but only 5mins walk to the centre. It was perfect for us - we could cross country ski onto the trails direct from the door."

"Det var ikke noe ved til peisen. Dette burde være inkludert når hytta har peis. Burde stått at man må kjøpe ved selv i alle fall. Litt gjerrig å kun sette ut en dorull. Dette burde det også være tilstrekkelig av og unødvendig for gjester å kjøpe inn. Hodeputene var ikke noe gode."

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."

"Everything was great — super clean, comfy beds, enough towels, well-equipped kitchen with coffee and all essentials, washing machine and drying rack (both electric and stand), terrace, and good atmosphere overall. The location is also amazing — right by the main road, making it super easy to reach all the Lofoten sights (we never drove more than 2.5h)."
