"The landscape is incredible... Just in the middle of the country with horses and a lake. Besides, Forsand is really close, and the Lysefjord also! The facilities were also really good, the kitchen was really complete (you can pick things in the supers in Forsand) and there were different rooms apart from the bedroom and the private bathroom. Really comfortable!!"
"The only thing that I strongly recommend is to go there with your own transportation. There are really few buses (the Kolumbus app is really nice to check all the buses and that stuff) and no buses at all during the weekends, so it is impossible to move but walking..."

"The place offers great value and is in a perfect location for those planning to visit Kjerag and Preikestolen. The room was clean and fresh, and the shared facilities were also well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking, and having a private bathroom was a nice bonus."
"The private bathroom was located outside the room, so it required going through the hall, which might be inconvenient for some. While the bathroom was generally clean, there was visible mold in the corners, which took away from the overall experience."
"This was a fantastic last-minute booking at a very reasonable nightly rate. I loved having a private bedroom with an external private bathroom, along with access to the well-equipped shared kitchen and lounge room. As I was the only guest during my mid-June stay (shoulder season), it was wonderfully quiet and provided a lovely, relaxing evening where I could prepare meals for my road trip and enjoy some reading. The views were absolutely beautiful – both from the dining/kitchen area and from my bedroom on the opposite side. It's a very lovely setting and a short, convenient drive to Stavanger. Highly recommend!"

"We had quite low expectations, but the stay exceeded all of them by far :). We got a bit different rooms from what we’ve seen on the picture, or in our imagination… but they have only 5 special rooms, and all of them have their own story and design. The house is more than 200 years old, it has a long history, and you feel it in the air, in every small detail of the house, all the attention and details of décor. The house has impressive yard (if you are lucky with the weather), you can swim in the sea. The bathrooms and a toilet are shared among all the tenants, but we had no queues or overlapping with our other tenants staying the same night. It was one of the most unique hotels we stayed at, it has a soul! Lovely stay and experience for our family of four."

The location is also amazing — right by the main road, making it super easy to reach all the Lofoten sights (we never drove more than 2.5h)."
