"After completing our 5 week trip touring New Zealand this property is by far the absolute best place we stayed! Brin and Biddy were wonderful hosts. The apartment was great. The beach was fabulous. Napier is a lovely city. Enjoyed every moment of it."

"This place was absolutely perfect! Very quaint but extremely well equipped room and bath. The owners were so pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in us and our travels in NZ. The unit was spotless and had all the little touches and amenities that you don’t always see in a hotel or other B&Bs. Only wish we had another day or 2 there! Maybe next trip?"

"First off, Brin and Biddy were outstanding hosts. And the place was spacious and clean. The ocean front location made for a great view while relaxing in their spa. They loaned me a bike for a pleasant bike ride into Napier. Brin made reservations for us at a winery restaurant that was within easy walking distance. The food and wine were excellent. Definitely this stay was a highlight of our New Zealand trip."

"A few km outside of Napier, which is quiet and gives virtually private use of the beach. Wonderful, helpful hosts that loaned us bikes and advised on an excellent restaurant. Lovely place and if we are back this way, we would stay again."

"Views to die for! Loved, loved, loved this cottage which was adjoined to, but separate, from the main hosts house - an arrangement we prefer for privacy. This is a very comfortable cottage which has been nicely furnished to welcome guests. The linen and towels are luxurious. Parking is outside the door which opens to the bathroom, toilet and small but most adequate kitchenette. From here you descent 4 steps to the bedroom and lounge area and two balconies. This lovely, comfortable property would be suited for short and long term visits and the hosts Jane and Mike are warm and welcoming. This top rated property was an absolute pleasure to stay in - thank you so much."
