"The setting is really nice, with lush green and flowers. Different seats around the garden. Breakfast offered vegetarian option as well, which was great! Room was clean, comfortable bed. Great budget-friendly stay! You can walk (about 20 min) to the Nizwa Souq and Nizwa Fort."

"Very good hotel location in Nizwa. We were very glad we cancelled another accommodation in the old town – that area is extremely busy, noisy, with very narrow streets and difficult car access. Here it’s only about a 12-minute walk to the city center, the main souk and the goat market. It’s a pleasant walk, while the hotel itself is very quiet and perfect for rest. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden, well shielded from street noise, which ensures a great night’s sleep. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was modern, beautiful and spotless, with a large walk-in shower. Toiletries, tissues and bottled water were provided. Breakfast was served buffet-style in the garden – not a huge selection, but more than enough and very tasty. Easy parking for a large car, which is extremely important in Nizwa. Highly recommended for a comfortable and peaceful stay"

The staff was wonderful.Vipesh The manager was extremely accommodating, friendly kind, and very knowledgeable about the area.Sogib at the reception Café was very friendly. Ali with housekeeping did a great job. Shiheb the groundskeeper was very friendly as well. The atmosphere made it nice to just enjoy quiet time."
