"Comfortable, warm and a very nice location for a quiet holiday. Excellent view, clean and tidy villa… a dream house. Fully functional villa with all the amenities. We will definitely visit again whenever time permits. The host is very responsive, kind and cooperative."

"This property is very well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness and consistently professional, friendly staff. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utilities, including an air fryer, and the AC makes cooking comfortable. The high ceilings and huge room create a spacious atmosphere. There is also an additional TV room available for guests, which is useful for watching movies without disturbing others. A dedicated laundry room is available and free to use, which is a great advantage."

"We only stayed 1 night but the welcome was very warm when we arrived, the room was very large with lots of space. Very clean, modern, new. The location was convenient, close to grocery store and a short drive to downtown Sur. The concierge spent time with us making personal recommendations for places to see and things to do in the area. The price we paid for 1 night was very good for the size of the room and accommodations, great value."

The beds were a little hard for our liking, and we could have used a couple more pillows on the beds. The shower in our room needed a barrier to prevent water from creeping to rest of the washroom.

The unit are very far from the marina and restaurants. Unfortunately there were not sufficient bedding for the sofa beds. NO privacy on the patio when doing a barbeque

"Excellent place for a family to stay. There is a play area for small kids. All the facilities provided are good."

Cooking gas burner is not fully serviceable. Unsafe to use. There was a electrical issue in the kitchen.
