"The location is in the heart of Nizwa, the room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a hot season in Oman, so AC helped a lot. The receptionist is very kind and helpful ! I really appreciate the great service!"

"The apartment was spacious with a nice balcony with a vew of the fort. It had everything I needed for my 2 day stay and was very comfortable. It was stcked with plenty of water and coffee. Had a small fridge and microwave. There were many shops and restaurants close by. It was also very close to the Souqs/markets. Overall just an excellent location. There was a small parking area around the corner. Note that you will drive down some narrow streets to get there so I was glad to have a small car but I did see bigger vehicles make the drive. The man who greeted me was very nice and even gave several great restaurant recommendations."

"House 76 is located very close to the Nizwa fort and to the Nizwa souq in the centre of the old town. We had an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms very well furnished and renewed. The receptionist was very kind and gave us information about the surroundings and where we could have dinner very good coffe in the morning. There is no breakfast included but there are many coffe shops close by. House 76 is a very good starting point to explore Nizwa and Nizwa area."

"The property has a top location in the city center of Nizwa very close to the Fort, and the main streets with restaurants and shops! Our room was very big, and there was also a fully equipped kitchen (but we did not use it since we went to restaurants). We really enjoyed night walks on the city walls."

"Location - was essentially next to Nizwa fort Do take note if you are driving, that entrance way was very narrow! Also limited parking spaces but the staff was able to assist with valet Room was large for 2 and very basic but clean"

"The location is fantastic and the 2 bedroom apartment was a very good size. It would be perfect for a small family or two couples traveling together. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very kind receptionist (actually, he seems to be a guy for everything). He was very helpful. Gave us many useful links for the nearby restaurants for dinner and breakfast. He arranged for us to have free parking just in front of the building. Bed was very comfortable and big enough. The bathroom and towels, as well as bedsheets, were clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong enough."

"Thin room doors and noisy neighbors. They start to scream in the morning. Kids crying loudly, men making noise, carrying the luggage up and down the stairs. For one night is good enough!"
