Guest reviews for Hidden Garden
"The staff were wonderful, very accommodating and especially helpful to me, as a partially disabled person. I also appreciated breakfast being included."
"The entrance has stairs without a railing, which was precarious for me. The staff was very accommodating, covering my non-cane side, but it would have been nicer to be able to go up and down safely by myself. The shower was a step-in type---which was good---but had regular tile flooring, without a bathmat or rubber strips, and there was no grab rail at all. I decided for safety's sake to forego showering. The sink had only cold water, too, which I know is common, but since I couldn't safely take a shower, it made keeping clean uncomfortable."
"The staff are wonderful. The property is in a good location. If you only need a night or a few hours, it is a decent option."
"There was not hot water for a shower late at night. The turn off the heater to the water at night. They turned it back on for us, but it never got hot. The toilet was leaking into the floor. It appeared as though it was never properly fastened to the floor and only had caulk. The beds are a bit soft and you sink into them. You can hear everything in the other rooms and outside. The pillows were very thin."
"Good location, great staff. Let us leave our bags for the day"
"Wifi didn't work in the room"
"The hotel location is good for transfer to the airport. So you can walk from here to the airport in 30-40 minutes without taking a taxi. Most personnel and cleaning lady were nice and friendly."
"The main disadvantage is disrespectful lady at the reception. She attempted to charge me the price more that was listed in my booking. Than she told that I must present some migration card from Bolivia (where I have never been) which made no sense. Overall my check in process was rough and unfriendly. She didn't tell that breakfast is included in my booking so next morning I missed it."
"Nice and comfortable, the location was a little confused but the property was like new and elegant. Pretty recommended."
"Aucun."
"Staff was friendly, very tidy, nice breakfast, relatively close to the main square, hot water and good water flow."
"The toilet was not working properly"
"The hotel is good for its value. The lady was very helpful and the rooms were nice. I wouldn't recommend for more than a couple of nights."
"The lack of hot water."
"The hotel is close to the airport. The hotel is pretty cheap for what you get. We could check in early. If we would have do a machu Pichu trek we could have left our luggage for free. Staff was friendly."
"We were both ill while staying at this hotel so that might colour this review but it's not a nice place to be sick at. The room we stayed in only had a window to the bathroom which in turn also didn't have a window that really opened up to the outside world. The room was very cold, nice in hot weather not so nice if it is around 20 degrees outside. Breakfast was minimal."
"Great location, friendly people , very clean ,comfy bed ,nice room and great value. I recommend that place to my friends"
"Aucun."
"Nice staff, comfortable bed, free breakfast, clean, it's worth the price. I just wanted to stay close to the airport for one night on a budget and it was everything I wanted."
"It's cold inside the building. It's fine for sleeping though. If you're looking to go out and see stuff, stay closer to the center, their isn't much to see around that area."

"Fantastic room with awesome view. Comfortable bed, big spacious shower and bathroom, lots of closet space"
"This is an amazing vacation home that is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and much closer to the beach. From the back sliding doors, you are a few steps from the pool, then a grassy area and fire pit, and then the beach. The primary suite is huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed, and very private (entrance if from the pool area via a sliding glass wall). There is also a second en-suite with a king-size bed in the main house, as well as two more bedrooms and bathrooms. All the spaces are large and comfortable (we had 10 people and would have still been comfortable with a few more). The beach at Vichayito has soft, fine sand and during our stay the water was very moderate."

"Really lovely stay overall. Small parking area in the front of the building if you have a car. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained and breakfast each morning was absolutely wonderful. It was fresh fruit, bread, and eggs. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown Urubamba and 20 from Ollantaytambo - there are some restaurants that you can walk to easily and the central location makes it a great choice if you want to explore a lot of the Sacred Valley. BEAUTIFUL mountain views just like in the pics!"
"Zaida and her husband were the nicest people I have met so far as hotel staff. Zaida made me breakfast every ,morning, she helped me with directions to town, taxis, tooktooks and was generally available and has such great energy. The rooms are simple pleanty of hot water and the bed I slept in was the most comfortable I have experienced thus far in Peru. The garden is lovely and I spent time writing at the little table enjoying both sun and shade. I really felyt comfortable here, like I was staying with a sister. I highly reccomend the Iorana for a enjoyable no fuss, safe place to be in Urabamba."

"The hosts are super friendly and helpful, even though I have a very low level of Spanish they were helpful and patient in every conversation we had. The room was spotlessly clean and the location was a great spot, very close to the market which is great for food"
