"Listen - this is THE place if you need somewhere to rest at before doing Machu Picchu, especially any hikes. I have never stayed at a place that pays so much attention to detail. All needed bathroom toiletries were provided, multiple towels, wifi code and info signs on anything you may need, I even got snacks delivered to my room for my morning hike. They even provide little scissors to cut the shampoo packets with. They pick up and store your luggage for free knowing a lot of people head out early and miss check out. I left at 5am and returned 4pm, they gave me zero issues. Hot water, good wifi, and spacious room. I’d stay here again no doubts."

"As someone else mentioned, the blanket on the bed had a smell seemingly due to the humidity. The sheets themselves were clean. The good outweighed this issue."

"It is awesome! They really make it perfect for your stay for Machu Picchu. They kept our luggage safe for us while we were up in Machu Picchu. It was very safe and locked away or had someone at the desk at all times. We were able to rest in the lobby while we waited for our train. They had snack bags which were so helpful for our early morning to Machu Picchu. Very friendly staff!"

"The room was spacious, super clean, and it has everything you need, like internet, TV, hot water, hair dryer, heater, etc. I was greeted in the room with snacks and cookies. I was also allowed to store my luggage during the day when I visited Machu Picchu. The best thing of it is its location! I took the train to Aguas Calientes, and the hostel was about 5 min walk from where I got off the train. Similarly, it's about 5 min walk to the train station where I took the train back to Cusco (a different location). And it's 2 min walk to the ticket office to buy bus tickets to Machu Picchu, and 2 min to the cultural center to buy Machu Picchu tickets. Everything is right at hand"
