"The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Even their restaurant recommendations were wonderful! The check in and check out experience was seamless. They also allowed us to store our bags and use their facilities after checkout due to a late travel departure. Highly recommend this stay."

"The location was great, away from the noisy area so we could sleep well at night. Very quiet place. It’s a very cute place with a courtyard and placed to take photos. The staff understood English well and very helpful. You could see the view of the city from the loft which was great. They kept our bags while we went on the Inca trek and also the last day after we checked out until we had to leave to get to the airport. They also called the taxi service."
"No central heating (maybe no cooling either?) so it was cold even with the space heater. The bathroom sink only had cold water faucet. It took a long time for the hot water to heat up to take hot shower. They didn’t reply to my WhatsApp message."

"Our room with a loft for the kids was beautiful. Our bed was huge and really comfy. There was a small heater. Buffet breakfast was tasty with more options than typical for hotels in the area"
