"The Lazy Dog inn is a wonderfully run eco lodge above Huarez and very close to many wonderful hikes. The owners have done a fantastic job of integrating their lodge into the local environment and economy. The staff were all fantastic-especially the women working the kitchen-meals were superb made with fresh grown crops from the green houses onsite. Wayne was a wealth of information and a pleasure to talk with after a day in the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"There's definitely hot water and good wifi. Something I've seen many people complain about in Cusco/sacres Valley. Apartment was clean and the host was readily available to answer questions. There's a kitchen with enough pots and pans to make a meal with stove, microwave and a coffee machine. There's a store right around the corner to get basic supplies. They offered to do laundry for me free of charge twice during my weekly stay. The apartment is only about 20-40soles Uber ride away."
