"Comfortable hotel close to the Plaza de Armas! The terrace upstairs is great with a beautiful view of the volcanos—they serve a good breakfast there in the mornings. They very kindly let us stay in our room after check out because they had some flexibility with their next guests arriving late, which was so nice of them. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Arequipa!"

"The room was spacious and had a small balcony so we could look out on the street below. A bit noisy outside but there was a festival on so it was extra busy. Good location, 15 minutes walk to the main square. Staff were friendly and helped us book a taxi back to the bus station after our stay. We had a room with a shared bathroom, you could sometimes get hot water but not every time we tried."

"They accidentally gave us the wrong room initially (we paid to stay the night before but arrived at 5am so went straight to our room but it was a double instead of a triple) but they sorted the issue out very quickly the next day and were very apologetic. You have to pay extra if you want eggs with your breakfast otherwise it's just bread, jam, tea and coffee"

"Price was excellent for a room with everything I need. Basic, but that is all I needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. When it came to transportation to and from the airport they not only knew/recommended trusted services, they also made sure to look after you and ensure that drivers gave a solid/agreed upon price. The latter part is something I rarely see hotel owners/operators do. Highly recommended. The location was also great and one can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas, Plaza San Francisco, and great restaurants like Chicha and Victoria Picanteria within 10 minutes or so."

"The building is very old and we got a room without a window. But the family that takes care of the place is very welcoming and made everything exceptional for us. They were flexible with the check-in and were very helpful with tips about the city, tours and restaurants. The place has a great patio with tea and shade to appreciate the volcanos."

"Very nice owner, great breakfast. The rooms were ok (nice decoration, spacious, hot water, a bit old though). Common spaces, nice terrace. A bit noisy for the room on the street."

"Good location in walking distance to main plaza. Very nice hosts, we arrived at 2AM and they were still nice 🙂 There is a rooftop where breakfast is served and from where you can see mountains and volcano."

"Bed linen feels like poliester, which makes you sweat a tiny bit during the night if you sleep as a couple due to poor transpiration"

"Location is walking distance to Plaza des Armas and San Pedro Market. Staff, especially the woman (which is the owner). She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeble and gave lots of advices about the city and organized for us a tour. Rooftop has an amazing view"

"Our room was next to a main street so could be noisy, but at night gets decent. But will be busy early morning again. The man at the reception is quiete rude and not very friendly so I would avoid interacting with him. We didn't have breakfast because was very basic so wasn't worth it to have it."
