"close to SM city mall, S & R and major roads ( diversion road or sunset boulevard road) Avida staff very helpful and nice laundry and drinking water delivery service available, just talk to front staff and usually gets delivered same day."

"This is a great place to stay in Iloilo. Close to most things such as a mall, restaurants, night clubs and other amenities. There is a concierge and security at the property that is very friendly and helpful. The pool outside is nice. The apartment was perfect for us. Air con in the living room/kitchen area and a separate one in the bedroom. Nice big bathroom with a roomy shower. Comfy bed and furniture for chill times. The host is responsive if you need her. This was perfect for our 21 night stay and would book it again in a heart beat when we return."

"I was feeling uncomfortable when i was asked to pay for the replacement of the shower head which got damaged during our 2nd night. Not sure if it was the pressure of the water or a pre existing damage, however, after justification it was waived off."

"This is such a comfortable and super clean apartment! The host made check in very easy and responds quickly to needs or concerns. Extras are provided in the bathroom, the kitchen is adequately equipped & there are little snacks. My stay was very enjoyable."

"I can attest that this property is worth the price to stay. The place is the cleanest compared to other places i booked there. The two AC are very cold and clean (not mabaho). Complete with cooking appliances, clean drinking water and other things to use for eating(Salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar). They provide complimentary coffee and water. Best to tell that there shower heater is working efficiently. Yes! it is spacious enough. As a family of 3 plus my helper it is a budget friendly price too. We enjoyed the pool and playground for my toddlers also. Location is good. 7 eleven is walking distance & other restaurant. We felt exceptionally comfortable, safe, freshly clean and organized. It is the best place to stay for family."
