"I did stay twice: once Aug. 26 - 27 and the second time September 1 - September 2. The location is very convenient if one is driving to or from Kaliningrad. The receptionist speaks excellent English and is very helpful. My objective was to get a comfortable rest to drive in the early morning the next day and it was fulfilled. I like the soup menu in the restaurant and the prices are reasonable."
"The staff of the restaurant does not speak any foreign language. Luckily the lady at the front desk helped me out, her English is excellent. The breakfast in the morning is OK, but not outstanding. The facade of the hotel is under renovation, the parking lot needs new asphalt. The rooms and beds are very clean, but the walls need some renovation."

"Breakfast is poor, since missing transparency and no real selection, expensive coffee only (2 simple coffees for the price of breakfast with 1 coffee). The service at breakfast is not friendly, offers are written only in polish, guests have to use google we were said."
"It was clean and surprisingly quiet ( with windows facing away from the main road). The beef cheeks roast in the hotel restaurant was cheap, tasty and big enough for two. The bus stop is 200 meters away, and buses in Malbork are free."
