"The hotel was on the street voted the most beautiful in Krakow. It was right off the main square on the "Royal Walk" from the castle to the church with all historic buildings lining the street The hotel had 20 beautiful rooms and, on top of it,the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There is even a Michelin star restaurant on site. Beyond this restaurant there are several other fine restaurants within a few minutes walk as well. It is an exceptional value, and I would stay there again if I return to Krakow"

"There was one day where construction outside the hotel caused our water to be turned off for a short duration. Unfortunately it was at a time we intended to shower before dinner and we never got notice of this from the hotel beforehand so it was a slight inconvenience, but possible they weren’t forewarned either. This was a very small inconvenience though. Overall the hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Value was great."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect in Krakow. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and so very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Krakow. The Spa was lovely and offered a wide variety of services. I had the body exfoliation using salt from the Salt Mines and it was spectacular! Food in the hotel was delicious. And the breakfast menu superb."
