"Bathroom was too small. Very uncomfortable when sitting on the toilet, as your lega went right underneath the sink. If you are a larger person, you will have issues. Some issues with the hot water. Sometimes cold or lukewarm. TV is a bit small/old for a 4* hotel if you ask me. The bar at the top of the hotel is quite expensive."

"They didn’t have any hair conditioner, which was surprising. Given that the hotel operates under the Rubinstein name, I expect them to provide a little more in terms of skin/hair care products. Also, the pillow was extremely uncomfortable."
