"The staff was very friendly. Prior to our visit I had messaged the hotel about out son's specific dietary needs for breakfast. At the time of our stay they were great with showing us what options that were available in the buffet he could have and also made special eggs for him that he could eat. The best we have had in Poland when it comes to accommadating his specific diet. Other highlights were that our rooms were very large, good location, easy access to city by public transport and close to mall and shops, and of course water park next door."

"Only small complaint, on our last night there were children running in the halls at 11pm, but this only happpened one night, the rest of the time was very quiet."

"Nice large hotel with great breakfast and tasty food at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke great English."

"The hallway door after getting out of elevator on floor 1 was causing noise in my room when people going through it. It was an obstacle I had to go through. It should stay open. I don’t see a reason to have a door on the floor that every person has to open on the way to their room. The bed mattress were very thin and uncomfortable, had to move at night to avoid some metal touching my body. The sauna was very outdated. The magazines there are over 10 years old. There was no water in the shallow pool for feet dipping/sitting area."

"I like staying in the hotel. I was there with my family and relatives. We actually arrived earlier than we planed and later I needed to extend my stay for one more day after my family left. And it was very easy to extend the stay in both cases, I appreciate that, thank you. Breakfast was good. I was surprised to find korean traditional kimchi among other pikles. Kimchi is not very common dish in Europe and I like it. So kudos for that."

"Minor inconvenience was the lack of power outlets for laptop/phone chargers. You need to unplug the fridge or lamp to charge your phone or use laptop. Not critical at all, but still a thing to improve."

Also, a big thanks to Lukas, the manager, who was equally friendly with warm smile, approachable, and always made sure we felt welcomed and looked after. You can tell that the entire team works with heart. We left with the best impressions and so much gratitude. We’ll definitely be back – and recommend this hotel without hesitation!"
