"Location was great. The host did a lot to accommodate most of my concerns, especially the idea of transferring cash to a stranger. I liked the layout and kitchen that permitted cooking most meals. The view of the road side gave a good indicator of happenings. Walking distance to good restaurants and super markets. I’d stay here again if the payment was through credit card and a tankless water heater was installed. There are beach chairs, rolling cart, and a cooler that he has provided."

"The cash transfer is unsettling. There isn’t any hot water in the place. Transferring cash to a stranger is too high of a risk. No wash cloths. The cable in the bedroom doesn’t have the service that the living room has. The patio door in living room doesn’t lock. The view isn’t from the beach side."

"The apartment is in a great location, large master bedroom, comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, large screen television in living room, tv in bedroom. Puebla supermarket just 7 mins away very convenient. Area has many restaurants, the pool is tremendous that why I’ve stayed here 3 times, the beach is minutes away ( 2 blocks away) Eddie the owner very cooperative"

"The property was laid out very nicely and was comfortable. The space was much larger than we expected, and we had plenty of room to relax. The on-site pool was really nice. The property was very well maintained overall."

"As the property faces Isla Verde, there was some road noise, but overall we really enjoyed the property. We wished it was a little easier to get to the beach without having to go off the property and through the neighborhood behind it. Lots of nearby restaurants, especially Metropol, which was delicious."

"Clean, spacious and convenient. Great space, security man’s the main gate so it is pretty safe. Pool is nice addition. Parking available on site with a gate pass and code. It can be a-little noisy at night, but it’s a busy area, what do you expect? Once you fall asleep after a long day you don’t even notice the noise. Less than 10 minute drive to airport. The beach is about a 5 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket just a quick walk away"

"The apartment is spacious, clean, and convenient, and fairly quiet for being at such a busy location among numerous luxurious hotels. The building and the parking lot are behind a 24-hour manned gate.. It is not quite beach front, but within a 7 minutes' walk through a pleasant neighborhood to the beach. The apartment is well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small and the hot water for the shower is only lukewarm, but they were not an issue when the weather was hot when we were there. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from the airport."

"The location is PRIME. There are a lot of restaurants with in walking distance. Our favorite was Lechonera Diego. Traditional Puerto Rican Food at great prices. The beach was just around the corner, 3 minute walk."
