"“Made to feel welcome” is an understatement. Essam and Yazid are wonderful hosts. They were friendly, sociable and very interesting to talk to. At the same time, they were respectful and gave guests plenty of space. My room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, and they clearly make an effort to keep everything clean. They were also incredibly responsive and made life much easier for a non-Arabic speaker."

"Owner always answered the phone. Wife met us there and they helped the taxi find the place. They provided key and gave a tour of the apartment. Quiet location. There are a couple of shops close by and is a walking distance to main road to take taxis"

"This was our second time staying at The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem and this time during the Christmas day - it was absolutely phenomenal! The service is impeccable at every level — from the moment you arrive, the staff provides full support and all the explanations you need. The hotel is spotless. We stayed in the same suite, which is beautiful, signed by a local artist, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, featuring shakshuka, hummus, falafel, fresh pita bread, chocolate croissants, sesame sweets, cheese, jam, as well as fresh juice, coffee, and tea. We even bought the mug they served the coffee in! The atmosphere is fantastic, with Banksy’s artwork throughout the hotel, a piano bar, art gallery, and a museum. Every detail makes the stay unforgettable. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience — if I could give 10 stars, I would!"

"location location location.. you can’t beat this one, right in the middle of Old city where everything is less than 5 minutes away . the view of the whole city on the roof top is amazing. very clean , sheets are fresh , and bed is comfortable. setting is so authentic , need to walk up the stair but that’s the beauty of it. I feel safe even at night . and the host Sami is just amazing and perfect. meant to be one night booking but I extended . i definitely will come back and book this again and again."
