Our room was very small, the bed took up most of the floor space. However, this has to be balanced with the amount we paid.

"Very clean rooms with air conditioning at a very reasonable price a bit low in my opinion. The parking is also gated with code access which makes you feel very secure about your car. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any queries."

I didn't like that some guests were smoking in the public area, it's not possible according to the rules in the UAE. The washing machine and the fritz are sharing one plug, it's completely unbelievable why this Small problem was not taken care of a long time ago. The tap in the bathroom has a hole so the water is being sprayed all over the place. This is clearly a proof of bad leadership in this company when small things can't be fixed 😔 The staff Fayas is doing a good job keeping the place clean, and are always smiling 😊

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The ambiance is so serene! It's nice and quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully. Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"

The beds were quite uncomfortable. Mosquito nets full of holes. Understandably the building and windows are old but need to have appendages added to be able to prop them open because there is no airflow and pretty stuffy and smelly rooms.

"I stayed in a male shared dorm in the upper floor. Great location! Many restaurants & cafe on the same street. Very kind staff and safe location. Walking distance to Renissance market place and attraractions around it."

Male shared bathroom needs a some hooks to hang clothes while using the bathroom.

"The security and cleanliness were phenomenal. I also loved having a large area to hang out and relax or grab a drink without going down to a pub was wonderful. Staff were always helpful and kind as well!"

Prices were a little expensive, but that was totally understandable given the high quality of the place and the amenities that were provided.

"I really enjoyed the location and the breakfast included (though it was small). The price was low for a more expensive country, so that is always a bonus. The staff was very friendly and communicated clearly."

The bathrooms were a little messy and did not have great quality. Some parts were just dated overall. Not too much to complain about.

"The host was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Hostel was close to the center. It was a pleasure to enjoy peacefulness here. Bed was good to sleep. Nice mountainview from the windows. Internet worked perfectly. Shop and museum is very close like villages other services as well."

"The room, bathrooms and shared areas were very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, right in the middle of Papeete near the port. I really enjoyed my stay."

The bed was a little hard for me as a side sleeper.

"Excellent location! Near beaches and also quiet. Close to Jijel (an easy bus ride) yet also far enough away that it felt like a small town--quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was so helpful and friendly."
