"The staff have very good receptive skills and are great people ! Then an ever smiling lady Leocardia is one of a kind and she makes the guest feel at home that you may forget you are away from home."

The approach of the owner was a bit dissatisfactory after we had been delayed at the immigration office in Chimoio.

"The location is great, in a green area but also close to the sea. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. Was a great stay with the family. You can also rent bicycles directly from the hotel, which was great for us!"

Little bit out of the city but still close enough to bus station and a cheap taxi ride back from town if you don't want to walk up the hill.

Unreliable WiFi and a couple of incorrect description posted on Booking.com (no indoor dining area, coffee maker) that are missing in the room.

"Love the location it was near the airport 10mins by car, near all the mall and shops and gadong night market. The room and bathroom is clean."

It is on the 2nd floor, and no lift, luckily i didnt bring heavy lugage.. also the staff service is amazing they offer to help to bring the lugage.

"Facility was in the city center with a huge parking lot. Stuff was very nice and small bar was included on reception. Everything related with accomodation was clean and looked very new."

"Cozy hostel, loved the shared space with couches. The host was amazing and had lots of recommendations for things to see and do in Prizren. It was also nice that the hostel was on a quiet street but was a quick 3 minute walk to the center."

"Ivon and Fredy are great host and made me feel part of their family. Be sure to ask for tour information for Uyuni as they have great contacts. If using the local bus terminal, they can assist with pre-booking your bus ticket."

Like everyone else said, the hill to get there is quite steep, but you do get used to it. The six bed dorm was quite spacious, but I do wish the beds were more comfortable and had curtains!

No hot shower and not all beds have a socket near them.

"Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"Elton was the best host I’ve ever had. He helped coordinate transport and with getting access to things I needed. Place was clean and secure. WiFi good. Location is a bit further from beach but just a $1.50 -$3 USD taxi anywhere around the city."

"One of the better hostels I’ve stayed at, conveniently located next to the bus station and a short walk into the town. Luggage storage for when you want to head into the mountains. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly, as well as the kitchen and rooms. Very social atmosphere with the common areas having lots of seating and the staff being warm and welcoming. Ramado was an absolutely gem of a host, super helpful with advice :)"

"Rubens and his staff were excellent, they were kind and welcoming. I also went on Rubens wine tour, which was informative and enabled me to see severla key locations outside of the capital city. The private room I had was clean and pleasant and I had a good stay."
