"Very well located in center of Athens. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Value for money and facilities. Additionally providing luggage storage facilities before check-in or post checkout was added convenience. Good Roof Top Bar with view of Acropolis"

Nothing in general to be mentioned that i didn’t like.

"Love the location it was near the airport 10mins by car, near all the mall and shops and gadong night market. The room and bathroom is clean."

It is on the 2nd floor, and no lift, luckily i didnt bring heavy lugage.. also the staff service is amazing they offer to help to bring the lugage.

The bed was a little hard for me as a side sleeper.

"The hostel is centrally located. The hostel is clean and located in a quiet place. The hostess Giselle was exceptionally kind and welcoming."

Communication was a bit challenging with the front desk.

"Great value for the money. We had bug net on windows and around the bed. Hot water in the shower, you can see the ocean from the roof. Street is not busy, can park car next to a hotel door. Overall I'm really happy with my stay."

"Very clean rooms with air conditioning at a very reasonable price a bit low in my opinion. The parking is also gated with code access which makes you feel very secure about your car. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with any queries."

"I stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The room was clean and had hot water, which I really appreciated! While the location might feel a little far from the city center for some, it’s still walkable (about 20–30 minutes on foot), and it was perfect for me since I planned to travel by train later. I also needed to work for several hours and the wifi connection worked perfectly fine! The staff were incredibly supportive—helping with airport pick-ups/drop-offs and even recommending local restaurants. Breakfast was included and quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. I especially loved that it was served in a ger in the dining area—such a unique touch!"

I had a couple of noisy roommates who snored but otherwise it was ok.

I did not like the fact that there was no bathroom in the dorm rooms. The toilets and showers were right next to the dorms but still, you had to go outside to get to them.

"Pros - location right in old town was great. Rooms were clean and spacious (for a hostel) and the facilities were better than expected. It is in an old house and my private room had a balcony over the garden. AC worked well and the bathroom was clean with good hot water. Lots of shared spaces. The bar had reasonable food and was a good place to hang out in the evening. This was one of the better hostels I've used in Latin America. I had a private room, so can't speak for the dorms. Was quiet after 11 pm. I loved this hostel."

Cons - not much. Colonia is an expensive place to stay so the value for money was quite good. The hallway carpets could use a good cleaning, or at least a vacuum but there was construction happening in a room nearby so that might explain the dirt.

"If you are booking a private room take the delux. Its huge and just a nice as it looks in the pictures. Great view from the balcony. Perfect location"

Lots of stairs. As others have said the entrance is not great.

I didn't like the messiness of the place. Overall quite chaotic building with construction sites and no comfortable shared space. There is a great rooftop, but is not really used and fully available for guests yet.

"The location, staff, fully stocked kitchen, warm inside spaces, and last but not the least the delicious breakfast. The whole vibe of the hostel is amazing - highly recommend."

The showers can be a bit bigger, but not an issue.

"The host was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Hostel was close to the center. It was a pleasure to enjoy peacefulness here. Bed was good to sleep. Nice mountainview from the windows. Internet worked perfectly. Shop and museum is very close like villages other services as well."
