"It was the perfect stop for our family. The location was perfect. It was quiet, peaceful and the view is amazing. The swimming pool was a big hit for the kids. "Em primeiro lugar, uma palavra para a Michelle e para a Rose, que fazem um excelente trabalho. A limpeza é irrepreensível, melhor que em muitos hotéis de 5 estrelas. Apetece ficar a viver nesta Casa, onde somos acolhidos de uma forma que não se encontra habitualmente. O interior tem todas as comodidades que se espera encontrar e mais algumas; o exterior (jardim, piscina, locais de lazer para uma leitura à sombra ou para uma conversa) é sobejamente bonito e muitíssimo aprazível. O cuidado que é posto nos detalhes de cada recanto, é uma maneira de nos fazer sentir em casa. Cada dia se descobre algo novo e surpreendente. Não podíamos ter escolhido um melhor local para estes cinco dias de férias. Uma palavra ainda para a localização, muito perto de variados e óptimos restaurantes e locais lindos que só se encontram na zona do Douro. E as pessoas, que só por si fazem a diferença. Simpatia genuína, profissionalismo em cada atitude, felicidade em cada sorriso. Muito obrigado é pouco."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"We did the Camino and it was right on the Camino trail. Payment is via cash only. The rooms are small but adequate for just one night. Nice place as it has its own vineyard. The caretaker is also very friendly. They provide a pilgrim dinner for 16 euro but we did not do that as we do not eat a heavy dinner. It did look good though."
