"This place is perfect for unwinding, with stunning views from both the pool area and the breakfast restaurant. The location is peaceful and scenic, making it an ideal retreat. The owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which adds a personal and warm touch to the stay."
"The pool area could use some maintenance, which may be due to limited staffing. While the space has great potential, a bit more upkeep would really enhance the overall experience."
"A very beautiful and peaceful village, and it was an amazing experience. The chalet was cozy and well-maintained, surrounded by stunning nature that made the whole stay feel relaxing and refreshing. It’s a perfect getaway spot for families and groups with kids—calm, safe, and full of charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a natural and serene setting!"

"We were on the Fishermen's trail and only stayed one night and did not really use all the amenities. It's a lovely place and I can highly recommend it. Lovely staff. They also gave us a room upgrade with an amazing view."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"We did the Camino and it was right on the Camino trail. Payment is via cash only. The rooms are small but adequate for just one night. Nice place as it has its own vineyard. The caretaker is also very friendly. They provide a pilgrim dinner for 16 euro but we did not do that as we do not eat a heavy dinner. It did look good though."
"This place is so charming and having a kitchen and fireplace made it very nice."

"The hosts were great. A family-run guest house, good value for money and a great way to experience the local culture. The nearby restaurant they recommended was a real gem."

"The proprietor was wonderful. The common outside areas were very beautiful. The common inside area was a museum—-super interesting. The restaurant was very, very good! Fantastic! The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
