"I liked the location. It is on a quiet side street. Coimbra's main attractions were all in walking. The room size was I expected and well set up. The staff were an excellent source of information. They gave me a great restaurant recommendation."

"The room was comfortable with closet and place to put the suitcase. It also had a table and chair you could use for your laptop. The location was great as you could easily walk to any place in the old section of the city. The night receptionist was very helpful when I was very late arriving."
"I would have liked a glass in my room as the water bottle could not fit under the faucet. Hence, I was unable to refill my water bottle. I would have liked access to a hair dryer. To be honest, I did not ask if there was one I could borrow."

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"We did the Camino and it was right on the Camino trail. Payment is via cash only. The rooms are small but adequate for just one night. Nice place as it has its own vineyard. The caretaker is also very friendly. They provide a pilgrim dinner for 16 euro but we did not do that as we do not eat a heavy dinner. It did look good though."

The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
