"It is a beautiful and well located property, with lots of amenities. We loved everything about it, except for our rather tired apartment."

"The apartment we stayed in was part of the original build which we understand is over thirty years old, and much of the apartment has not been changed since the original build, so parts of the unit were quite tired and badly needs to be refurbished. Although I must say though that the air conditioning system (Daikin) seemed relatively new and worked quite well. So although everything worked except the toaster and which was eventually replaced. In particular the combination clothes washer & dryer was so old that we couldn’t find any instructions online and after two frustrating days of trying to figure it out we needed an operating lesson from one of the senior staff technicians on how to operate it. The apartment itself was quite spacious and well laid out."

"The resort is quite big so things are spread out. If you are staying in the terrace units, the walk to the reception, Beach and eating area can be a 5- 10 minute walk."

"O Pescador restaurant. Our waiter was very keen until we didn’t order drinks and large meals. Then he suddenly became aloof and on the verge of rude. Obviously he wanted us to spend more money."

"Multiple restaurant options and all the food was delicious! The sunset view from the champagne bar was an amazing way to end each day. My wife loved the Serenity Spa treatment and facilities. Special shout out to the concierge Carlos who helped us multiple times and went above and beyond."

"It took some time to figure out the operating hours of the restaurants and shops, as they all appeared to have different times."

"Pools, resort facilities, staff very friendly and nice, the resort is full of pine trees and palm trees, very green, beautiful beach and road to beach. Cleaning every day, including towel changes. The townhouse we stayed in has everything you need, very well equiped and big with a cozy terrace outside facing the interior resort gardens. Beautiful resort and very big."

"Drinks and food are very expensive, prices are double then outside the resort. Tips automatically included in every bill so watch out to not double it if not intended."

"Huge gorgeous property, the cliffs, the beach, the grounds are immaculate. The service is awesome. There is beauty everywhere you look. Our suite was fantastic. Super nice."

"Need more sunbeds at the beach. Our accommodation needs to be updated. There were numerous cracked tiles in the bath area and the sink didn't always drain properly. We have been to Pine Cliffs several times and this was the worst accomodation we have had. It was below what I expected for 5*. The TV lost signal most evenings as did WiFi."
