Positive point:

"Staff were well trained, offered great customer service and could not have been better. Hotel had a nice feel and the location on the beach was outstanding. Really enjoyed the overall experience"

Negative point:

"Couple of wee glitches: first room we were in had no heating so we were moved and upgraded, which was great. However, there was then some sort of internal communication breakdown, that meant that there was no room service for a couple of days"
