"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

I didn't like the fact that until we got there, then utility and 10% other charges were added to the cost. Until now, i haven't figured out what exactly were considered other charges since I was charged the same thing every time I ordered at the bar and asked that it be sent to my room.

You will likely want to rent a car since the attractions you can walk to are nice but limited; with a car we really enjoyed Anguilla from this location. It was a bit on the pricey side for just my wife and I, but would be a great option for a larger group or for families.

There was a water leak coming from the toilet. Housekeeping was told about it on the second day because we only noticed it at the end of the first night. However, it was not addressed at all. We kept using towels to soak up the water and they just kept taking those, mopping up the water and giving us fresh towels everyday.

A bit confusion regarding payment on the website & being told by Manager that Booking.com confirmed reservation, but payments are made at site.(Not listed on website) My payment info was given twice which was not necessary.

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

The cottage would have been better with a small kitchenette...and please get rid of those coffee machines as they leak water and make terrible coffee.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"The family is very lovely.the toilets were very clean exceeded my expectations.nice comfortable beds.wholesome breakfast.the only thing is. you can not see the river from the yurt it’s a bit high from the river.though the river is just below the little hill the yurts are on.it was cold with no heaters but they gave us more blankets to make us warm.nige stay overall."

Staff is exceptional, always willing to help you out with whatever you need. The daily breakfast is small and basic but we complemented ours with yogurt from Tina’s 24/7 market and it was perfect. The lagoon is so close, literally feet from your bungalow. The beach chairs are nice. Plenty of parking for cars or scooters. The grounds are pretty and well maintained."

The restaurant is only open on Wednesday and Saturdays so you need to go elsewhere the other nights for dinner. There are a couple of places within walking distance but you will need wheels of some kind to get to a grocery store or other dining options. WiFi works great out by the office or at the tables in the restaurant but you risk getting eaten by mozzies, wifi didn’t work very well in our bungalow.

"First of all we also had a tour which was great. We drank great wine and had an amazing dinner. When we went to see the rooms, we couldn’t believe how big they were. Honestly, some of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever seen, in a small room budget. They looked good, the bed was comfortable, we received a wine as a welcome gift."

In one of the rooms I think the heating was not functioning properly, but it was fine, the weather was not too cold anyway

"Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful."

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"During my honeymoon trip I got the privilege to stay at Ananea. Through the stay we experienced world class hospitality, exposed to breathtaking scenery, great f&b options and lots of water/land activities."

The only thing we missed was the experience of room service access anytime of the day or night. Some days dinning time frames seemed too short.

"Good location, Josh is great with a good staff. Good restaurant on site open all day. Swimming nearby, groceries an easy 15-20 minute walk. Be sure to visit the clam farm!"

They aren’t the best at communicating. During our stay the main restaurant was closed we had no idea till we tried to go eat. Wasn’t that the biggest deal because they own another restaurant at the bottom of the hill and took us to and from.

Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"Very helpful and accomodating team in reception and the main restaurant. We loved our room: generously sized, nicely decorated, convenient kitchenette corner. The nature pool was fantastic, and it was great to be able to use resort equipment (snorkeling, bikes, etc). The food was very good, we ate well. 🙂"

We loved the location and food in the beach bar, unfortunately the server there was not very good: not especially friendly or quick.

The spa was a bad experience. They only accepted cash and asked for extra charge for bathrobes. The floor was wet and slippery. The changing rooms cold. There were 4 people blasting music on their bluetooth speaker and not a single employee came to say anything.
