"I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Doha. The beachfront location is exceptional, and I truly enjoyed the sea view from my balcony. The food across the restaurants was excellent, and they serve the best Umm Ali I’ve ever tried. The staff are among the best I’ve experienced, genuinely warm, professional, and attentive. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and the quality of the towels and linens felt luxurious. The hotel has a strong classic character. At times, I honestly felt like a rich man from the 80’s in the best way possible. The décor may not suit everyone, but it feels authentically historical and beautifully represents the aesthetics and hospitality of that era in the GCC region."

"This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel and it felt like home. Stuff was super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Nour for the worm welcome and smooth early check in. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed restaurants at the hotel premises a lot."

"My stay was very good. I celebrated my birthday with a few friends, and the staff welcomed my guests politely. The hospitality and customer service were excellent. The staff also brought all my deliveries to my room, which was very convenient. I was given a room upgrade with a balcony by the sri lankan reception i forgot his name, and the room was spacious for my guests. During checkout, Marwa at reception was very kind and gave me extra time to prepare since I had many things. All the staff were very nice i remember this staff named Mohammed, one of my friend forgot something and he came to my room to collect it and hand it over to my friend. stress free stay bc of them!! I would love to come back."
