Guest reviews for شقق الشعله المخدومه
"We were upgraded to a one bedroom as studio we booked wasn’t available. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and most places are accessible only if you drive. It’s a cosy and comfortable room with facilities like a small kitchenette and washing machine(although fully manual loader). Thoughtfully there is an ironing board and iron plus a dryer rack. We also found some utensils to get started for those who need to cook. The rooms are spacious"
"The place doesn’t have any restaurant or cafe for room services"
"Wide space. All home appliances are available and the real useful size not the mini useless size. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. Rarely you could hear any noise."
"No sink inside the bathroom, yet there is one just outside. The TV; although the size is good yet it is not smart. The viewing options are very limited especially if you’re planning for long stays."
"الوسع الموقع توفر المواقف طاقم العمل اهتمامهم بنظافة المفارش وغسيلها بشكل مستمر"

"The staff are great especially Abdulasis. The communication skills are really great. His compassion towards the customer is really good. His dedication to his job makes the stay really comfortable. I arrived very early because the flight schedule availability is only this one in the morning . I was really worried i won’t be able to check in early but abdulasis allowed me to go to an available room instead for me to be able to check in early. Yanbu is such a great city as well as the people. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place."
