"I stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The gentleman at the reception was truly exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. His friendly smile, positive attitude, and polished manner immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and he was always ready to help with any question or request. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location is also perfect—conveniently close to key places and easy to get around from, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers the ideal combination of great service, comfort, and an unbeatable location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Everything was excellent and should be 10 out of 10, except for…."

"…despite the reception telling us the whole hotel is smoke free, sadly someone must have smoked as there was a subtle smoke smell in our bathroom- not really the hotels fault so mayb should be 9.9 out of 10 as everything was wonderful from service to cleanliness. Would still highly recommend it."

"This is a great place to stay whenever you come to Khobar and special thanks goes to receptionist Renad for her welcoming hospitality."
