"Everything was good except the mosquito everywhere"
"Mosquito everywhere and it cause uncomfortable environment"
"Pool is great. They heated for us so it was warm when we arrived and got to a lovely temperature during our stay. They even had floaties for the kids to use. The kids loved it!"
"Although generally quite clean, I think they need to replace some of the carpets (like the once near the pool) and outside the bottom bathroom. Wetness and carpets don’t work well, and we tried to remove it there was a lot of dust underneath, so my toddler could really crawl around."
"التعامل الراقي من قبل المالك وايضا الحارس بارك الله فيهم. الرسالة الترحيبية التي تلقتيها فور اتمامي للحجز كانت جدا مميزه وفيها لطف وترحيب جميل بالاضافة الى كل المعلومات التي ممكن احتاجها اثناء اقامتي. تجربة بالتأكيد راح اكررها👏🏻"

"The staff are great especially Abdulasis. The communication skills are really great. His compassion towards the customer is really good. His dedication to his job makes the stay really comfortable. I arrived very early because the flight schedule availability is only this one in the morning . I was really worried i won’t be able to check in early but abdulasis allowed me to go to an available room instead for me to be able to check in early. Yanbu is such a great city as well as the people. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place."
