"The staff are great especially Abdulasis. The communication skills are really great. His compassion towards the customer is really good. His dedication to his job makes the stay really comfortable. I arrived very early because the flight schedule availability is only this one in the morning . I was really worried i won’t be able to check in early but abdulasis allowed me to go to an available room instead for me to be able to check in early. Yanbu is such a great city as well as the people. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this place."
