"Almost everything! The location is amazing, the private beach is clean, the water is calm. They bring you water and fruit when you lounge at the beach. The tortoises are so adorable. We fed and cuddled them daily! The food is amazing, the breakfast selection was A+."

"They forgot to pick us up from the airport which was frustrating. The gym could be a bit bigger but this is complaining at a really high level."

"The property sits on a beautiful landscape, with private villas. We took sea view villa. It was very private and exclusive. The breakfast was amazing and every night you get to choose from 3 locations dinner option."

"It is very quiet and remote good for 3-4 days. The staff are amazing and very friendly and welcoming. We had an extra late check out which was amazing and it was an overall very positive experience."

"There are no water activities. There should be more activities available on the island. If you want to snorkel you have to pay extra which doesn’t make sense. Also even if you have half board they usually have an extra charge for themed dinner nights. The boat trips to the other islands are overpriced. Also, the pools need to be heated because it is too cold to swim in the morning we have to wait till after 12 for it to be warmer."

"This is my 2nd time is Praslin, but first time in Raffles. There nothing to complain about this property. Aside from amazing views and the upgrades, the exceptional staff are commendable. Special mention to Cecille from the restaurant, to reception ladies Stacy,Dominique, Danielle and the guys doing the buggy transfer, you are all doing your job with passion. thank you all"

"The staff were amazing, smiling faces all around. The establishment itself was equally impressive with all type of basic necessities that any tourists can think of such as a gym, a spa, a kids club...etc. The different type of cuisine every night made my stay even more unique. The Tandoori night, the Sushi Room, and The Arabic food all gave me a refreshing experience of what quality food can be. Furthermore, you can visit all the designsted locations within the facility with only one text to the reception and they will send a buggy within few minutes to pick you up and deliver you wherever you would like."

"At the moment there are no direct flight to Praslin Island where Rafelles hotel resides. Therefore, a pre arrangement must be made to reach the the island. Which was a bit difficult with me as it was raining heavly."
