"We stayed in this hotel unexpectedly due to a medical emergency, so the location close to the hospital was perfect for us. The staff went above and beyond to call an ambulance and check on us. They were very flexible and comprehensive. Special thanks to Patrick who was extremely helpful and supportive."

"Sauna&breakfast are lovely! Views facing water are better than looking from back of hotel floors 7&up so spring for a superior room or ask for a free upgrade although I don’t know if the young staff would be wise enough to do it? It would be better customer service/relations for a chain!"

"Water kettle in room like in my first hotel Juergen Koch in malmo and a bathrobe weren’t in the STANDARD room but I didn’t realize if I had a superior room in malmo but it must’ve been a free upgrade that they didn’t even tell me, I just got it before. Hotel seemed pretty empty do they could’ve done that"

"The staff was efficient. friendly, and htelpful. The entrance was easier to find it contrast to my original visit almost 2 years ago. Breakfast was excellent with fresh items constantly being provided."

"It was difficult to determine where the hotel parking was. Fortunately, there was a single, and only 1 marked handicapped parking spot identified. Although the room had sufficient electrical outlets, none were outfitted with charging ports to charge electrical devices. This includes lamps, both wall mounted and desk lamps. Beside tables were very small and had limited funcunability. Although the breakfast was excellent, I had one glass of orange juice that was more water than juice."

"Central, and room available. Hotel a little dated, but it did not matter as just wanting a comfortable overnight stay. The breakfast was the highlight with quantity and quality including pancakes. Would happily stay again."
