Courteous and professional staff throughout the property."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the ability to order Swedish pancakes fresh made was very yummy. Fresh fruit, cookies and coffee/tea were available 24/7. Every time you walked through the lobby, the front desk staff treated you as the most important guest there."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rival. Our rooms were lovely, large and beautifully decorated. We stayed on one of the higher floors with a view of the park and skyline beyond and it was gorgeous. Everyone at the hotel was very kind, helpful and solicitous of our needs, going out of their way to be helpful. Especially a receptionist and concierge agent named Michelle who had many excellent recommendations. The housekeeping took care of our rooms and everything was clean and cozy. Breakfast was great and even included a surprise chef on hand for some specialties. We loved this neighborhood and found it very convenient, a few blocks from the metro and very walkable to a cool area. I didn’t want to go home! I can’t recommend this hotel enough."
