"we stayed overnight on the way to ski in north sweden - this hotel is really conveniently located , just by the main road, but still quite at night. there is a burger king and a tesla charging station next door. service was also very good. we left something in the room and they found it and confirmed back to us. was easy to pick up on the way back home"

"We visit locat cross track which is literally 3 minutes drive from the hotel so the location is perfect. We've stayed here many times and it's always a pleasure. Rooms are clean, food is good, the staff is friendly."

"As usual the rooms in the parking lot level are great but read below about the restaurant level rooms"

"So we wanted to stay a day extra which meant a change of rooms. We’ve stayed here many times before but this was the first time being stuck in a room on the restaurant level. Yikes. They are not nicely finished and my SIL is handicapped and the handicapped rooms bathroom was a danger zone. The sink was loose on the wall. The shower head was too high up to reach easily. And the shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall from the tile. The floor was a bit uneven. The rooms look really dated on this level. If you stay on the main part of the hotel you’ll have a good time. And air conditioning installed would be nice given how hot it’s getting now in Sweden in the summer."

"We liked that the room didn't have those shocking carpets that are still in some hotels - they should be prohibited by law. This hotel had hard, clean floors - thank you very much for that! You could also add this information to your ads!"

"The mattresses on the beds are too soft and already a bit tired. However, tolerable for one night. Their best before the day has already passed."

"Clean, new and modern room. Nothing fancy, but perfect for overnight. When you make the booking you know what to expect, and that is exactly what you get. Decent breakfast too."

"Our son was sleeping on a transformable couch which hasn't been fully prepared for sleep mode when we arrived - something we had to do by ourselves. It takes though 5min so it wasn't big deal."

"Great hotel when traveling from Norway to Sweden (or vice versa). A very decent breakfast. Easy chek-in and check-out. Shop, gas station on site, not far from Karlstad (18km). Excellent soundproofing in the rooms."
