"Excellent breaksfast. Charming building. Rooms small but big enough. Very clean. Desk clerk extremely helpful when we had problems with train cancellation. Very close to transit but quiet."

"The hotel was maybe 5 minutes walk at most from anything in the old town and it made shopping and exploring very convenient. The morning breakfast was excellent and the chef was attentive and kind"

I want to give an especially shout out to the hotel chef who was above and beyond, friendly and helpful; I traveled alone with my 16 month old and the chef made a point to chat and play with my son and bring him extra fruit, it was just heartwarming and I would recommend this place to anyone but families in particular! *elevator was small and the area is drenched in cobble so beware of the stroller you bring, if you choose to go that route!"

"Very pleasant hotel located in Gamla Stan (old town) within easy walking distance of everything there. Plenty of cafes, restaurants around and their breakfast was varied and excellent. Staff helpful. Older building but with a lift. Room small but adequate and well arranged. Good shower and comfortable bed. WiFi worked well."

"Location was ideal. Close to restaurants and pubs - less than a 5 min walk to the metro and a short walk to the ferry. Breakfast was exceptional"

"We stayed here twice. Our first room was small and cramped and too warm with no way to cool it off. Our second room was larger and bright and cheerful and had windows opening onto the courtyard so that we could easily cool the room off. The location is excellent and very close to many restaurants and shops and all the transportation of Stockholm, which is a beautiful city."
