"Before arriving in Timor-Leste I had booked a cheap hostel, but changed my mind since I felt I needed something more comfortable. Sunset Inn was perfect and exactly what I needed. They recommended a mototaxi driver who took me around Dili for the day and there were a few good restaurants nearby. Overall a good stay!"

"Location very good with lots of restaurants around, and number 02 microlet going past. Staff were very helpful, both in terms of responses prior to my stay and during my stay. The food was great. The breakfast had a good variety, lunches and dinners popular here so may need to book. Waiters very good. the cafe at the front also belongs to them. Good for coffee and snacks, otherwise its mainly pizza and Bintang served there. Room service very good even if not needed. They tried to change soap, shampoo, conditioner daily until i advised not needed for myself. 2 Water bottles given daily. Laundry service was free and quick"

"Hand held shower would not stay in holder. And when water on due to pressure kept wanting to spray towards the door. Some nights/early morning water would bubble and rise from bathroom sink. Occasionally a smell too. Must be linked to the plumbing lines water is all on"

"Stayed here three nights in total (two at the start of the trip and one at the end) and very pleased with everything. Great staff, very friendly. The room was clean, the A/C and wifi worked fine. Breakfast was good, the best part being the pour-over coffee. We didn't have dinner at the restaurant as planned but it seemed busy every night and must be good. There's not a lot of choices in Dili and while it's a little expensive for what you get I'll stay here next time (already planning a return to this interesting country)."

"A very nice bonus they pick you up at the airport for free. To take you to the airport they charge $10 for the vehicle, very reasonable. The two of us scheduled a ride and there was another guest going at the same time who paid at the front desk (and we were going to give him something for our share). When we arrived at the airport the driver insisted the two of us also pay $10, even though the other guy showed proof of payment, so they got paid twice for one ride."
