The hotel’s location is ideal, within easy walking distance of markets, great restaurants, and plenty of massage studios right nearby. Breakfast was consistently excellent, fresh, and health-focused, which we really appreciated. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every team member was kind, professional, and remarkably attentive to detail. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean every single day. Again, special kudos to the entire staff team, you are truly outstanding and deserve the highest praise. "The location was great, within walking distance of everything in Colonia. The breakfast was outstanding, and the manager, Yang Gang, was just amazing. He was on his own for most of our stay, and he did everything himself: the cooking, servicing the rooms, and driving us around."

The hotel was built about 30 years ago and was a beautiful structure with extensive facilities, but wooden structures don't hold up well in the climate of Yap. It's really showing its age, and could use some renovation.

"It’s clean but the can do better with the pots around the Pool with the empty plants . From the front of the property when we arrived wasn’t impressive , we thought it need a power wash , and thankfully we notice two days after it indeed did had a power wash . Appearance at first sigue is important for business in the hospitality industry"

Most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working and had to resort to use the stairs , but in our last day of stay the elevator came back operations then went Down again after a few hours

"Excellent cozy family friendly resort. Staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. Salt water and mineral water pools were refreshing. Excellent location, close to Mambo Beach, a beautiful, clean sand beach, with free access to Madeiro Beach Club. Close to restaurants and shops of Mambo Beach Blvd. Comfortable rooms. A nice touch to have pool toys and floats for kids and sand toys to borrow for the beach as well as drying rack in room for wet swim suits. On-site Reef Restaurant had delicious breakfasts. It was great to have a complimentary shuttle to grocery store. Only suggestions are to have daily housekeeping and full sized pillows for beds and face/wash cloths in hotel suites."

slow evening dinner service in restaurant; dated furnishings/decor in units; units with kitchen facilities should include a table and chairs inside the unit; uppermost level units are only accessible via narrow sharply rising twisted pathways full of potholes and broken pavement (and no guard rails of any kind) making them dangerous for driving and quite scary for folks with mobility challenges.

"Charela's was so relaxing it's like a retreat,you hear the birds singing in the morning sitting on my balcony with my coffee it's so quiet and peaceful, dining staff was great, enjoy breakfast the most walking on the beach or just lounging under the coconut tree such tranquility."

"It has the best location which is close to the MRT line 14 (easy connecting to other destinations), and there is 1 small hall right next to the hotel. Staffs are friendly, supportive and quick response. I am satisfied with all."
