"Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously ."

Disappointed with how breakfast servers expect tip for them brining the coffee to you. If you don't tip them one day, they won't even ask you for coffee the other day. That behavior from a 5 star hotel was disgusting. The shower massage did not work. I stayed in two rooms but it was not working in any of the rooms. The bidet was leaking. You just don't expect such things from a 5 star. Being a 5 star hotel they don't carry a first aid box. I was shocked when they told me the don't have first aid when I needed something. A small organization of 15 people have first aid and this was a well branded 5 start hotel.

"The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that."

Some details need to be changed, seams old. The shower was small for my husband and there was only one bottle of water inside the friedge ( we booked for 2 people). They charge me a security fee but there is nothing inside the room to eat. All those things are wired.

"Excellent hotel inside Aiprot just above arrival and departure area so you dont have to worry about cab getting stuck in traffic while reaching airport (especially Jakarta traffic). And also extremely safe being inside airport plus a ton of food choices and also lots of convienience stores around, So everything you need plus the added tension free location to catch a flight."

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, the bed was huge and we slept like babies. We arrived at the hotel at 6AM and they were kind enough to check us in around 10AM free of charge."

We stayed in Doha during Ramadan and the hotel’s policy was not to serve drinks or eat outdoors until sunset. The staff was extremely polite about that, but for us, as tourists it was a bit unpleasant not to be able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, in the warm sun.

The escalator was out of order.

The soups could be done better. Supervisor to check food on display to be reimbursed. Our beds were two single beds which were too small in size.

"For the price they offer, the facilities are good. As a woman, I also feel safe there as they come with syariah concept. The breakfast was good enough. Not luxurious but proper with the price. Location is superb."

The hotel interior (especially the wall paint) may need some touch up, TV was not working well while we were there. Need little work there.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

Way too expensive for what is offered, having in mind the resort next door charges the same for all-inclusive. The dinner options (which was included in my rate) were also very limited, especially if you’re picky with food, or have some dietary restriction. The breakfast options were okay but nothing to rave about.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room only had a view of the rock wall in the backyard, so there wasn’t much natural light, but we didn’t mind. If you’re looking for better views, it’s worth booking an upgraded room."

Breakfast was good: not exceptional, but it had everything we needed to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
