"We stayed in a lovely self contained unit with mini kitchen, a master bedroom, and a separate pull out in living room for our teenage son who tagged along. Wonderful to have the spaces functional and also separate. Both the living area and the bedroom have sliding doors to a huge ocean facing deck, the perfect spot to soak up a wonderful sunset. The decor is minimalist and fresh; aptly coastal in white and shades of blue. Unit was spotless!!!! Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating."

Property does not include beach towels but does provide pool towels. There is a bazaar next door where we found beach towels for the balance of our trip.

"Was a good place to stay on short notice going to the formula one race which was about 35 minutes away. The staff is really nice and helpful."

My biggest negative about the property was the bathroom was so tiny. The door couldn’t open up the whole way so if you are a bigger person I don’t recommend staying here. I am not that big of a person and felt crammed.

There is only one chair in two beds room which four of us is not able to sit next to table :(

Breakfast (really good) starts at 8.30. Should at 6.30 or. 7.00. Sound isolation not too good. Instead of infrared could have been proper sauna.

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

"The hosipitality from all staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding of all the cross border challenges we experienced. Our group was even offered transportation to and from the airport. Staff checked up with us every step of the way from pre-check in to post airport drop off.The rooms were beautifully set up and clean throughout our stay. Overall ambiance of the hotel gives island vacation , almost forgot this was a work trip"

The hourly rate concept is honestly brilliant, especially for travelers in transit who just need a comfortable place to recharge. Convenient, practical, and run by great people. The paperwork process is a little much so maybe upgrade that. Otherwise, perfect!"

A little more options and selection at the small shop they have on site would be good - maybe like some newspapers, fresh pastries or fruit would be nice to have.

"Absolutely loved this hotel !! If there was a rating beyond 5 stars, would have definitely given 5+ stars. The location was just perfect, just 2 mins walk from Kamala beach. The hotel staff was just so courteous, hospitality is exceptionally great. They make you feel at home. I forgot some stuff in the hotel room, the staff was just so kind and helpful, they mailed my package all the way to USA! The suite was amazing - luxurious, with ocean view and a relaxing plunge pool. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, enjoyed the spread. Overall perfect in all aspects, excellent stay, recommended to all my friends."

Everything was great, the 2nd bedroom could be more lighted.

"Berndt the owner is an amazing good hearted and very helpful in helping all the visitors to books buses and trips and Rinalda is an amazing woman serving a great breakfast with love. Rooms and toilets super clean and super safe place .there s a biliardo and a small shop outside and a fully equiped kitchen where we did amazing barbecue with the other guests and we had lots of fun! It s very well centrally located with a breath taking terrace view and birds singing in the morning.ideal for my yoga too"
