"A large room for Hong Kong, with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and the living room area was large enough to relax and work. The bathroom was spacious and very nice as was the shower. The only thing missing was the cook top and a microwave would have been nice. There is a fridge and electric kettle"

"Really great find on Anguilla when I booked last minute for my trip. The view at the property is just gorgeous. The property is very quiet and a ways off the main road. The road to the property is not paved so just be prepared for that. I would definitely recommend a rental car to get around. No where is too far given the size of Anguilla which is nice. Ambrose greeted me and was very friendly throughout my stay. Even though there are several apartments, it was exceptionally quiet at all times. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable and a good place to relax. I also really enjoyed the pool area, very quiet and relaxing. Checkin and checkout was very simple. I would definitely love to go back one day."

The breakfast might not be enough for an adult. Set 2 is best. The TV is always problematic such that my parents could not open it. The staff is responsive to this though. Facilities are old.

"Location is central to interesting things to walk to in the city center. Room is huge, I was alone in a room that could take 8 people. Staff was flexible on my 10pm arrival time and leaving bags in the room after checkout."

Mattress was rock hard. Cold water was boiling hot, unable to take a full shower even after staff member adjusted water pipes.

One has to call the host, and they open the main door and the room door, where you can then pick up keys on a desk. The host was super responsive, available and nice, and even let us check-out one hour later, which was wonderful. The apartment itself was quite nice, with all the facilities we needed, and the location was incredible, just some minutes away from the Christmas market square. We even managed to use the TV to watch a series."

It is a bit complicated to shower without water going beyond the shower limits, but it was no big deal.

Takes less than two minutes to walk to the ocean. There isn’t much of a beach at the end of the road, but just a couple minutes up the street and you’re at a Sandy Beach. The unit was super clean. Had everything you need. The pool and hot tub area are great."

"The location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to a very nice, sandy beach that was great for kids (shallow, sandy, calm). There was a restaurant (adjacent property) on the beach, the food was so-so, but it was a great location. The unit was clean, reasonably stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, two showers. We used the outdoor patio for several meals. The hose by the door to clean our feet. Several nice restaurants a short drive away (Italian was good). Parking was easy. We did a boat/snorkel outing one morning (Nemoz, Ben and Tony were great) and they picked us up right on the dock at the beach. The snorkeling was quite nice. Kayak and other rentals right at the beach."

Only air conditioned in two of the bedrooms. The loft area was blazing hot and there are no windows in the loft that can be opened to create some ventilation (e.g., at night with the provided fan). A portable AC unit or something is needed to cool off this space. The roof leaked, but this was a minor issue. There were no coffee pods or dishwasher pods in the unit, we had to go buy some from the front desk. We checked in slightly after 5pm (lock box), so when we got up in the morning - no coffee! The front desk did not open until 8am? Seriously, we paid a fair amount for the rental and it's ridiculous that 4 or 6 coffee pods (3 bedroom unit) could not have been provided to start with - buy more as needed. Same for the dishwasher (provide one or two pods).

"The best thing of this apartment is the proximity to the beach. It has all the commodities you might need for 2 people, you can even cook there."

The room was rather small and it's confusing how you need to take out the garbage, The bins do not work without a card, the owner didn't explain how to do it. I stayed there with my husband and there were 2 separate mattresses put together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The owners could also add some beach equipment for their guests, like a chair, towels or something for the wind, since it can get really windy there.

"Breakfast was more than we expected. The range of cereals, fruit, juices, teas, bread for toast, milk etc was more than we anticipated. The fruit was wonderfully fresh and delicious. There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room."
