"We booked a budget room and I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy and comfortable it was. The breakfast was excellent and had a delicious variety - even day to day. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Location was simply the best - close to the action but still quiet. And just amazing for balloon watching."

"It was in the heart of Capadoccia, near by cafe’s and restaurants. Walking around on high and steep streets of hills of this city is not easy anyways, but we found many amenities just within ten to fifteen mins walk. This was an ideal location for us. Otherwise you can ask the management to arrange for a tour for you with their reliable transportation tours."

"No air conditioning! It was some of the hottest days during our visit, the manager tried his best to keep us cooled off so he arranged for a fan. We couldn’t leave the windows open as they were not netted."

"The location was so perfect, accessible to all RESTAURANT, GROCERIES store etc. You can walk around. There ROOF TOP was so great you can see the beauty of goreme. There TOURS OFFERED was excellent too ON TIME with COMFORTABLE TRANSPO and KNOWLEGABLE tour guide WORTH IT THE MONEY YOU WILL PAY for. The 2 guys there in the reception the MANAGERS they are accommodating and helpful. We had fun with perfect experience. If given a chance to go back in kapadokya I WILL BOOK the same HOTEL.. "I had a very good experience staying at the Arch Palace Hotel. Check in/out was very easy and Durmuş was very helpful answering all my questions, as well as booking my transfers and a last minute tour. Breakfast was amazing on the rooftop terrace. Location is perfect, close to Sunrise/sunset point (less than 5 minute walk) and very close to restaurants and stores."

"Lovely rooftop with a great view over the town and of the hot air balloons in the morning. Yummy breakfast, comfortable beds. The staff were really kind; they picked us up from the bus station even though it was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel (uphill though) and helped us arrange all our tours and activities."

"The room was a bit cramped, not a lot of space to open our luggage. The walls were a bit thin and sometimes we could hear people in the room next to us. Otherwise, quite comfortable and good value."
