"I liked that the room was spacious, with enough space to place luggage comfortably. It did not feel cramped and was larger than rooms in the city. The accommodation is located near Matsumoto shops."

The parking was limited, so I had to use a nearby public parking for 500 yen, which was not far from the accommodation.

"The location was just off the main street in a cool old building, and was walking distance from both the train station and the ferry. The room itself was comfortable with a good shower. My window overlooked the courtyard."

-The TV is not a smart TV. -The bed is small and not comfortable enough. -From time to time, food odors can be smelled, especially on the upper floors. -There is no heating during cold winter nights — the AC keeps running even when it’s cold. -The shower area slope is incorrect, causing water to flow outside the shower area. -The price is slightly high. .. Improvement Areas (Not Considered Cons): -There are many open parking spaces around the hotel, but it would be great if the hotel could manage one of these areas as an official hotel parking lot. -The dining area needs to be expanded to accommodate more guests. -The number of power sockets is not enough. -Hot water takes time to arrive — it’s not instant, so this should be improved.

"Nice spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Room facing the other side of the highway was very quiet so we slept well. Sead is a great host and went above and beyond with the requests we had. Excellent service and very tasty breakfast!"

"Hotel France is very clean, safe, quiet, and friendly. It is easy to walk to everything. I was awakened every morning by the aroma of fresh warm pastries! I would definitely stay here again!! I posted pictures of how to easily get to Hotel France from train station. Go to platform C and walk all the way to the end, turn LEFT and walk all the way to the end of the tunnel. You will enter a small court yard, walk a little to the right and look for a small set of stairs next to the cafe. Go down the stairs and turn to the left, Hotel France is right there. Google directions are confusing. (my pictures loaded in reverse order)"

The beachfront access and views can't be beat, however it's a little far from town and therefore difficult to leave the hotel to go to restaurants, shops etc. without a car.

The hotel staff was just so courteous, hospitality is exceptionally great. They make you feel at home. I forgot some stuff in the hotel room, the staff was just so kind and helpful, they mailed my package all the way to USA! The suite was amazing - luxurious, with ocean view and a relaxing plunge pool. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, enjoyed the spread. Overall perfect in all aspects, excellent stay, recommended to all my friends."

Everything was great, the 2nd bedroom could be more lighted.

The guy at check out seemed frustrated with my questions about how to get my passport stamped. I speak French so it wasn’t the language barrier. I did figure it out tho!

"Location was convenient for access to the airport which was important to me. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was comfortable and well appointment. The small pool deck and gym were nice inclusions."

A little more options and selection at the small shop they have on site would be good - maybe like some newspapers, fresh pastries or fruit would be nice to have.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

"Beautifully landscaped and the room was kept very clean while we were there. Two separate things. 1) Raul Salas was amazing. He spoke very good English and was able to assist me with everything from getting a glass of wine to paying my bill! 2) The morning we left, I dropped my credit card. I realized it later in the day and called a friend of mine. She contacted the hotel and the gardener had found it! I got it back the next day. We are so grateful to the gardener who was so honest to turn it in! Thank you, sir."

The food was just ok.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

The room and food are overpriced for the quality. Inconvenient location. They don’t seem to use or check Booking so it was pointless to make a reservation in advance. Maybe during the high season that will be more useful.

"I loved being right by the water on our balcony listening to the crashing waves. The swimming was excellent (other than when a group of young men stood with beer bottles in hand in the water, blocking the way on the clear path leading out beyond the stones). I liked the casual Caribbean “non trendy” room with good basic plumbing and windows that opened. I liked the availability of staff who asked if we needed anything."

Our room was next to the restaurant where there was noisy off-key karaoke (well really just yelling) on a couple of nights, making me have to shut my windows. I do not like to use AC (especially when temperatures never went above 28C) so it was a disappointment to have to close windows because of noise. I didn’t like the coffee in the room.

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.
